Warranty is valid for interior and exterior painting, murals, decorative finishes and venetian plaster. Warranty is valid the day the contract is signed.
 
Warranty: 4 year warranty includes:
  • Any defects or imperfection on the contractor’s workmanship: Peeling, blistering, flaking, alligatoring, crackling and wrinkling. Warranty does not include customer damage or abuse, customer supplied paint and roof leaks. Warranty is transferable to new homeowners. In order for warranty to valid to new homeowners  previous homeowner must provide a copy of the contract to new homeowners.
  • Interior and exterior painting warranty only
 
Warranty does not include:
  • Wallpaper installation
  • Any work not performed by the contractor/applicator
  • Exact paint match as: Environmental condition affects the color and finishes over time.
  • Peeling, blistering or chipping caused by: Structure defects settling or movement, abrasion, mechanical damage, abrasive cleaning, abuse, damage resulting from use of chemicals or cleaning agents or exposure to harmful solids, liquids or gases and roof leaks.
  • Damage or defects caused in whole or part by reason of fire, explosion, flood, abuse, vandalism and negligence.
  • Any rushed projects by owners, interior designers, architects and other contractors.
 
For warranty to be valid, customer must:
  • Customer must pay the contract price in full.
  • Retain a copy of the original contract.
  • Make property accessible to the contractor or employee to perform the repairs.
 
*Paint Gallons, Color and Sheen:
  • Color samples or chips approximate the actual paint color
  • Multi-color  my require addition paint which may change original amount
  • Color matching approximate the actual paint color.
  • No credit is given after the paint has been mixed and opened.

Lead-Interior/Exterior
  • Federal law requires contractors that disturb painted surfaces in homes, child care facilities and schools, built before 1978 to be certified and follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
  • Always ask to see your contractor’s certification. Federal law requires that individuals receive certain information before renovating more than six square feet of painted surfaces in a room for interior projects or more than twenty square feet of painted surfaces for exterior projects or window replacement or demolition in housing, child care facilities and schools built before 1978.
  • Child care facilities, including preschools and kindergarten classrooms, and the families of children under six years of age that attend those facilities: renovators must provide a copy of this pamphlet to child care facilities and general renovation information to families whose children attend those facilities.
 
Wallpaper
  • Measurements approximate the actual amount of rolls
  • Wallpaper will fade and may lose their color over time and may fade quicker when exposed to direct sunlight.
  • Bianco Paints is not responsible for any priming or improper priming performed by contractors, homeowners, designers, real estate agents, architects and others which may cause poor adhesion and wallpaper may peel from the surface.
  • Grasscloth wallpaper has slight color and texture difference per roll and may affect seem match and alignment.
  • Humidity could cause the wallpaper to peel apart from the surface
  • No credit is given after the wallpaper has been ordered, hung and cut.
  • Uneven surfaces: Cinder block, concrete, wood paneling, textured plaster, textured paint and textured walls are uneven surfaces that may have to be smoothed before applying any wallpaper in order to have a smooth finish.

 
Down Payments:
  • Projects scheduled in advance require 5% percent deposit. The deposit is non-refundable should you decided not to continue your project with Bianco Paints. Deposit is refundable due to changes in part of Bianco Paints.
